I must admit, that I have the FB bug. I am on it daily. Most of it is nonsense. But I just cannot help it. Just got a new job with Hospice in administration. I am a Senior Admissions Coordinator. I start the 27th and am so excited. Will miss the patient care though, I am sure. Just got back from visiting IL, Gran turned 95. It was a nice visit but I sure didn't like 12 days away from my Dave. I drove up with Mama and Daddy. Their first road trip together since their divorce in 1978. It was also their 50th HS reunion. I wasn't sure if I were chaperoning or refereeing. As it turned out I was just there to help drive. Take care all. Love, A

Hehe, the designated driver, eh? Well I hope no one was harmed during the trip.

It sounds like you're steadily climbing up the ladder in your job. I'm currently looking for a different job because the one I'm in doesn't suit me any longer. I didn't sign up to be a substitute teacher slash test administrator. But it's tough out there these days. Every job I go after, there are probably a hundred other people trying also. I suppose I should feel lucky to have work at all, but it's hard to feel lucky when you dread going to work and can't wait to leave. And a lot of the time, that's how it is nowadays. Oh well, I should stop whining, I know. Things could be soooo much worse. All things considered I'm really lucky, and in a good place. The work situation will change sooner or later - I'm just trying to help it change for the better.

Angie - glad to hear you are doing well and that the trip went smoothly.

Paul - Yikes! I was in a similar situation about nine years ago and barely made it out before it ruined my life. The experience taught me a lot about what is really important (and also how incredibly cruel some people can be). Hold it together, my friend. Some company will be lucky enough to get you!
